I originally had paid for service from California to Vermont on July 25, 2011. I made clear that I needed the vehicle to arrive on the 10th or 11th of August. With that delivery date, the guy I had spoken with on the phone assured me my vehicle can be dropped off on either of those dates as long as they could pick the vehicle up on either August 1st or 2nd. Well, low and behold it is the 4th, and the scheduled trucking company said it would be picked up late today which is already 2 days behind schedule. I called today (August 4th) and asked when they expect to pick up my vehicle, and they then told me it is pushed back to late afternoon on August 5th now. When I called AAA to notify them that my vehicle was originally supposed to be picked up on the 1st or 2nd, according to the guy who I bought the service from, and Tony (the owner/manager) rudely told me that I was "making stuff up" when I explained the situation. He then proceeded to tell me a bunch of times to just go back and refer to the contract and offered no solution. I reported them to the BBB. To this day, my car is still with me and not picked up. The estimated delivery time is now August 13th-15th when originally was the 10th-11th, as assured to me by the person I purchased the contract with. Do not use this company. Service is horrible.
